Little Tokyo has always been a fascinating place. Ever since I was younger and used to come here with my parents, the one shop I always looked forward to was the bakery. Always, always the Trifle would be the cake for me. Sadly though, they no longer serve it. But that doesn’t mean there’s not a replacement. No no no. There’s an abundant assortment to choose from. The Creme Puffs are always a good choice. So are the various pastries and cakes. It’s just a wonderful place! Read the rest of this entry »

I was sorry to read that your Berries GoMega bar was not satisfactory, as our O’bars are supposed to be fresh and delicious. I would like to report this to our Quality Assurance Team; please provide the following information: Read the rest of this entry »

This was a fun experience. Costumes, odd outfits, half-naked males and females, the usual affair when it comes to Halloween. Especially considering its location.

The night started off with a mad scramble to find parking spaces where we wouldn’t get ticketed. This took up almost 40 minutes of wandering the side streets. But finally, after finding a place and conferring with the Sheriffs department, we had our space. On our way to the carnival route, we made a quick pit stop at Sweet Lady Janes for some Lemon cakes and Trifle. Boy those were good! Thanks Diana!!!
